• Nido Inside Out

    PLAY+ project change of use from residential to kindergarten.  The focus of the project is to have few structural modifications, emphasising 'soft' qualities (light and colour) and furniture to create a polysensorial and flexible learning environment.

  • Nido Carillon Lodi

    Restoration of an important 1932 rationalist building at Lodi in Italy, converting to use as Nido school for young children by ZPZ Partners. All furniture from the PLAY+ range.

  • Little Scholars EDC

    As part of restoration of a South Bronx residential apartment building, our project included schematic design for interiors and all furniture for a new pre-k school, funded by LIIF and Universal PreK initiative in New York. The project transformed a windowless and derilict basement into a vibrant, warm and engaging learning space.

  • Virgin Active

    Refurbishment of Virgin Active Health Club childcare facilities (Club V).  Virgin provide childcare for ages 0-10 years with creche (0-2), arts and crafts room, and indoor play areas.  Furniture concept and supply of furniture, atelier/studio equipment and storage systems as part of the ongoing group refurbishment project.

  • Family Lab

    Family Lab is a new range of modular units, activity spaces and cosy seating, from an idea by Peggy Pawloski (Designing Learning Spaces, LLC), first launched in the US in 2015 and now available worldwide.  Family Lab is intended to create family rooms in private homes, communal playrooms in apartment buildings, and also have a wider application for hotel kids clubs and equivalent spaces in public buildings.  View a video walkthrough introduction to the full range here

  • Scuola dell’infanzia Loris Malaguzzi

    School for young children 3-11 years.  Part of the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre for Reggio Children, Reggio Emilia, Italy.  The school was the model for the 2015 INDIRE guidelines on design of  'schools for the future' in Italy, and the starting point for the Fare Scuola school refurbishment project in Italy (Reggio Children, Enel Cuore).

  • Westchester Children’s Museum

    The new Westchester Children's Museum is located in the historic landmark buildings on the Boardwalk at Rye Playland in New York state.  We designed and made the 'toddler beach' soft play area using a landscape of PLAY+SOFT, and our iconic mirror triangle with bookshelves with keystone chairs and 3D forms create the reading areas.

  • Asilo aziendale Coesia

    A unique creche built to provide childcare for the Coesia Group employees during office hours in 2012, with the additional kindergarten section for children from 3 years old, opened in September 2013.  The project was developed with pedagogical consultancy by Reggio Children to offer a beautiful environment together with a range of educational and cultural stimuli.  The furniture concept and storage systems developed and custom made for the project by PLAY+

  • TriBeca Community School

    Concept interior design and furniture design for TriBeca Community School in New York City.  First phase for proposed school refurbishment project.  Furniture design including modular feature table, shelving, custom made solutions for reception desk, bookshelves, coat storage.  Lighting concept design, wall colours, flooring.

  • Blue House Infant & Toddler Atelier

    Now with 2 locations in Singapore (Turf City and UE Square), the Blue House Infant & Toddler Atelier developed out of the highly regarded Blue House School in Singapore, and offer young children and their families interactive spaces inside a warm and nurturing environment filled with sensory exploration.  Project by Feelgood Designs, furniture from the PLAY+ range.
